Aims
- Train well prepared physicians to practice SCI Medicine in various settings including inpatient or outpatient, private or academic.
- Provide all fellows with procedural experience including ITB, chemodenervation, urodynamics, ventilator management, and ultrasound diagnostics.
- Equip all fellows with a working knowledge of research methodology and statistics in order to critically evaluate the literature and make evidence based clinical decisions.
- Mentor and advise fellows to developing leadership skills and assist with reaching short- and long-term career goals.
- Empower fellows as educators by cultivating passion and teaching skills.
