Class of 2024

Nhi Bui, DO

Nhi Bui, DO

Hi! I'm Nhi! I am a graduate of Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University. What interested me about Family Medicine, is that the Family Medicine physician takes care of patients over the entire lifespan, from birth through end of life. Family Medicine can be as focused or as broad scope as you would like; all depends on how you want to tailor your practice. When I graduate from residency, I'm considering going into academics where I can do a bit of everything from inpatient to outpatient clinic, and OB. When I am not working, I love the outdoors: hiking, camping, kayaking, etc. A hidden (a very useful!) talent that I have is being good at estimating the size of a tupperware needed for leftovers to save space in the fridge!

Francheska Caminero, DO

I am a graduate of Lake Erie College of Medicine Bradenton and I chose Family Medicine because I like the idea of being able to do a little bit of everything. Within family medicine I am mostly interested in OB/GYN, procedures, and medical education; I am passionate about working with underserved populations. The best part about being a family medicine resident is not feeling limited in the areas that you would like to further explore. You have the opportunity to really figure out exactly what you like, and what you what you want to include in your future practice. Outside of work my favorite things to do are walk my dog or go to the gym. I also like to read (mostly thrillers/mysteries) and sketch (on occasion). As an intern, I don't know what my future plans are yet, but I am confident MetroHealth will give me the opportunity to explore my options and the assistance I will need when I make that decision.

Andrew Lindsay, MD

Andrew Lindsay, MD

I am a graduate of Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poland, but originally, I was born and raised in Austraila. I chose familty medicine because it allows the opportunity to work with the entire population, from pre-birth to geriatrics; it also provides us the opportunity to work with our patients through acute and chronic health conditions, which is something I particularly enjoy. Outside of medicine, I follow almost all sports, enjoy being active and try to spend my time in the great outdoors. As an intern, I am still not sure how my career will unfold, however, I am enjoying learning about my patients, and each new encounter provides me a greater perspective on what pathway I would like to pursue.

I grew up in Venezuela and completed my undergraduate studies in California. Medical school led me to Cleveland where I attended Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. My medical interests are access to healthcare and community medicine. I enjoy learning about all aspects of family medicine, particularly addiction and palliative care. My ultimate career goals are aimed at working to provide equitable access and outcomes to marginalized populations. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, dancing and woodworking. I dream of someday having my own apiary.

Sabrina Tahseen, DO

Sabrina Tahseen, DO

I am a graduate of New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. My areas of interest within family medicine include behavioral health and women's health. In my free time, I can be found exploring new places to eat, hanging out with my husband and two cats, video gaming, catching up with friends and family, and searching for the best bubble tea in Cleveland. I am unsure of future plans, but know the training I am receiving at MetroHealth will allow me to be successful in whatever direction I head.
