"Expertly crafted tactical scenarios designed to improve the core competencies of tactical medical providers and operators, regardless of experience level. This is sims training at its best; good scripts combined with 21st century interactive mannequins, live actors and environmental special effects."
– Glenn A. Bollard, MD, FACEP
Section Development Coordinator, American College of Emergency Physicians, EMS Section
"The center offers participants high-fidelity training scenarios that draw from the broad range of situations affecting today's TEMS community. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable. The exercises enable students to apply and focus their medical skill set in a tactical environment. I was very satisfied with the entire training experience."
– David Stump, Tactical Medic, Western Enforcement Bureau, Bay Village, OH Fire Department
"I have attended TEMS training in multiple schools around the U.S. and I would have to say that the staff from MetroHealth provided some of the best 'real-world' scenarios that I have seen. The training was fast paced and the doctors provided great feedback. I look forward to attending another TEMS simulation session provided by this great group of health care professionals. This is training that will help anyone in the tactical community."
– Michael A. Kupec, Tactical Paramedic, Southwest Enforcement Bureau, North Royalton, OH Fire Department
