Application Process

Applications are accepted through the ERAS program, or submit the required information along with the MetroHealth Universal Application to [email protected].

If you are interested in joining our Hospice and Palliative Medicine program as a fellow, the following items are required:

• Curriculum Vitae (must be month/year specific)
• A copy of your current state medical license (if applicable)
• A copy of your USMLE, Comlex and/or National Board Certificate
• A copy of your Medical Diploma
• Certified medical school transcript
• Copy of all board certifications
• A personal statement outlining your reason for pursuing a career in palliative medicine, your experiences with palliative care, and your career goal.
• Three letters of reference (one from your current or prior program director). These letters must attest to personal qualifications, scholastic achievements, and clinical capabilities as related to palliative care.
