Visiting Rotator Requests
Individuals interested in completing an elective rotation with our fellowship program must submit a Rotator Request Form for consideration.
Please be advised of the following requirements:
- The program is not accepting international rotators at this time.
- In-state (Ohio) rotation requests must be received at least 45 days prior to the proposed start date.
- Out-of-state rotation requests must be received at least 90 days prior to the proposed start date.
- Early submission is strongly recommended to allow sufficient time for review and processing.
Rotation requests are subject to approval and availability.
