Fellowship Requirements

Completion of ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine, Internal Medicine/Pediatrics, or Family Medicine residency program and board certified or board eligible in completed specialty
Completion of United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) Steps 1, 2, and 3
Licensed to practice independently in the state of Ohio
USA Citizenship, permanent resident/green card or H1B Visa (unfortunately we are unable to consider J1 visas at this time)
