Applications are accepted directly through the MetroHealth Neurosurgery Department.

• A curriculum vitae
• A letter of intent

We encourage an initial letter of inquiry/interest with contact information. These will be reviewed by the Program, and we will contact the applicants for an initial review. In order to be credentialed at Metro, all applicants will be required to fill a Universal Application, provide USMLE scores, and 2 current letters of recommendation.
