Application Process

The Oral Medicine Fellowship is open to dentists who received a DMD/DDS from a CODA accredited institution. Additional residency or postgraduate training is not required. Specialists in other areas of Dental Medicine who may benefit by this training include oral and maxillofacial pathologists, general practice residency or AEGD graduates, pediatric dentists, oral and maxillofacial radiologists, oral medicine or orofacial pain clinicians.

Fellows must be eligible to secure a non-restricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Ohio.

A complete application form, curriculum vitae, proof of dental / residency degrees and transcripts, and two letters of recommendation are required.
