About Me

Title(s): Resident

I was born and raised in the suburbs of Cleveland and studied at Case Western Reserve University for both my undergraduate and graduate degrees. Prior to medicine, I worked as an antibiotic-resistance researcher at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center. My interest in helping my community directly influenced my decision to become a physician and my well-rounded experiences help me provide care to patients from all walks of life.

I enjoy training at Metro because I am able to give back to the community that helped instill in me a sense of duty to others and a curiosity about the natural world. With help from amazing support staff, including nurses and social workers, providing care to those with such relatable experiences is rewarding day in and day out.

As a big music fan, I love listening to the great alternative radio stations the area offers: WRUW 91.1 FM, WCSB 89.3 FM, and WJCU 88.7 FM. I also enjoy hiking in the Metro Parks, and watching Cleveland sports, especially the Guardians, Cavs, and Lake County Captains.
