About Me

Title(s): Resident

I grew up in Reedley, CA and lived on a cattle ranch. During volunteer experiences in high school, I discovered medicine was my passion through the combination of helping others and continuous learning. I attended UC Davis and majored in Cell Biology and went to medical school at California Health Sciences University. During shadowing experiences in the Central Valley, the physician shortage became evident to me and furthered my desire to pursue this field to increase healthcare access. Becoming a physician was my childhood dream and I am happy to continue my education here at Metro!

Metrohealth is a fantastic balance of autonomy and support from the program and the attending physicians. Teaching is valued here and the cases we see are incredibly diverse and interesting, providing a well-rounded training program to support my growth as a physician.

My favorite activities are exploring the Metroparks with my dogs as much as I can. Cleveland has incredible food and so many fun things to do and I can’t wait to explore more!
