Application Process

Applications are accepted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). MetroHealth Medical Center's Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship Program is listed as Case Western Reserve University (MetroHealth Program).

Along with your completed ERAS application, we require:

  • A curriculum vitae
  • A personal statement
  • A dean's letter
  • Medical school transcripts
  • Two letters of recommendation (including one from your current or past residency program director) written within 12 months of July 1, 2016
  • USMLE or COMLEX scores and reports

We are participating in signaling this year. While we make sure to review applications from those who signal our program, we also consider applicants who do not signal us. We do not consider signaling when making our rank list, as applicants’ preferences can change over the course of interview.

For more information, contact the program coordinator.
